Mother's Day Winner!
Mother's Day @ BBH was a phenomenal success! We showed up -- and so did all of you and we are so grateful! It was an extremely busy day and you were all so wonderful and patient! Food times were kept at about 10-15 minutes from the time you ordered...that is until after noon. At the busiest point, food times got to about 45 minutes. I have to say something. What our staff experienced really restored my faith in humanity. EVERYONE was so wonderfully patient and happy! I had so many people say "No worries -- it was totally worth the wait!". You have no idea how wonderful that is to hear. All I can say is "Thank you - thank you - THANK YOU!" You guys are the best.
Every year Mom (Linda) gives flowers to the "Moms" that come in. And this year we also gave them a slice of pie. I guess a small "reward" for puttin' up with everything Moms put up with! And you know what I'm talkin' about! We also did a drawing for "ONE LUCKY MOMMA!" It was A PIE A MONTH FOR A YEAR. We had about 300 people enter & the 'ONE LUCKY MOMMA" winner is : Jody Mack of Chelan! Jody was so excited when I called her that she almost cried. It was a wonderful way to end her day and mine too.
