3/12/02 Pouring cement for the first of the foundation ...

Look
at this amazing piece of equipment!
Remember the good old days when the cement was delivered from
the truck in a wheel barrel?!
Needless to say, NOT anymore. Pouring the initial part of the
foundation took less than 15 minutes! Too bad they don't charge
by the hour! ;) It took 3 full trucks of concrete. |

might just be easily impressed, but this was SO cool! This guy was
controlling the flow of cement out of the "tube" with this
remote control! |
